The Times Leader

I call week ago and told I will pay at beginning of February and they told me OK,but today I have not paper. I call the office explain the situation but not want to send me the paper, so I cancel my subscription,very very dissapointed

Last 9 days no paper for 4 of them. Called each time paper missed got through twice each time was told they would bring paper out NEVER received one. Tried to leave message got sorry mail box is full. Tried to speak to some one in management NEVER got a call back. Terrible customer service. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

I have not received my newspaper 3 times in one week. The other days it was hours later. I tried calling and could not get through no matter what number I called. Couldn't even leave a message because they were all full. What a bunch of incompetent people!

Everything time I spoke my mind on paper,you made sure to put it the way I said it.You never took anything out of text.Thank you for letting me speak my mind.

Terrible home delivery and when you call and no one answers you leave a message and get zero results
