Loving this place! I left visit number 2 feeling incredible, with so much energy that I literally felt lighter. Jess talked me through so much healing, and we released years of stored trauma from the fascia in our session. I did the Grace- back, shoulders, arms, face, and neck. Highly recommend Tight Club if you are looking for natural healing methods! Jess has so much knowledge about healing the body and brain and I loved working with her! I bought the Pain RX for my injured foot and it helped reduce my inflammation every visit. I also bought their red light and really loved all the healing features it offers. If you want to try Cryotherapy, Tight Club is a great place to start, because I learned a LOT!
