I get my eyebrows threaded here a lot because of the price and I think it looks best. Whoever does it always does a good job. I got lash lift here and Didi did a great job. I’ve gotten a lash lift at another salon before and my eyes watered the entire time. Not here. Super relaxing and very happy with the results. Super nice and friendly ladies

I recently visited Threading Club in Springfield, MA for an eyelash lift that my daughter had purchased for me as a gift through Groupon. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The owner was not present during my appointment, and the employee who performed the procedure appeared inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. During the service, chemicals repeatedly entered my eyes, causing significant burning and irritation. I tolerated the discomfort, assuming the results would justify the inconvenience. However, when the procedure was complete, there was no visible eyelash lift at all. The results were extremely poor and did not reflect the service that was advertised or paid for. Me and my mom love coming to this place and we’ve never had a problem with any of their services. However; the lady that is here on Sundays, she did not do a good job on my mom’s eyebrows at all. She ripped a good chunk of my mom’s brow that shouldn’t have been ripped out. She did not do a good job at all and we are very disappointed. This isn’t the first time that same lady didn’t do a good job, those times were just not as bad as this. The other people do good.

I go here regularly to get my lip and chin threaded. I prefer threading over waxing as it’s much nicer to my skin. I love that they do walk-in appointments. These ladies are friendly and skilled at threading! Always consistent service!

Dilu is incredible with eyebrows! Neat and sharp. I’ll follow her anywhere in this city lol. Her and the other ladies are all friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!
