Elita is the most wonderful massage therapist I have ever been too. I’ve been suffering with arm numbness and tingling and she has made a world of difference using her cupping and hot bamboo tools. She truly listens to your areas of concerns and adjusts the massage accordingly. I love that she always follows up with you the next day to see how you are doing. I cannot recommend her enough! I just recently saw her at the Glastonbury location and was so impressed with how relaxing and cozy this space is.

From the moment I walked in, the environment was calming and welcoming—perfect for relaxation. I booked a 90-minute massage and it truly exceeded my expectations. Elita was incredibly attentive, focusing on the areas that needed the most care, and I could feel a noticeable difference by the end of the session. Her skill and professionalism were exceptional. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of some well-deserved self-care—or even as a thoughtful gift (because who doesn’t love a great massage?). No surprise it is named Best of Hartford 2025—she has certainly earned it!

I have been seeing Elita for years and she really goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and to make sure your problems are being addressed. She does so with such care and empathy and really provides significant improvement for my chronic pain. Her new space is so beautiful and relaxing!
