Over the years, I have purchased (among quite a few other items) many, many razors from The Superior Shave. Each and every time my purchases were quickly mailed and always exactly what I anticipated receiving. Jarrod’s honing skills are first rate as is his overall customer service. I look forward to doing much more business with TSS in the future. Here are a few razors I have bought from TSS going back quite some time.

This is one of my go-to spots to shop. Jarrod goes above and beyond with every approach and isn't afraid to teach someone, if need be. You can tell he loves what he does and his work has given me the most comfortable shaves. Fast processing and shipping once your order is placed is another perk. I also enjoy the "old internet" feel of the shop and know the "dead internet theory" won't be found here lol. Be sure to check out his YouTube channel as well (@thesuperiorshave). It has good information and his aim is to preserve a dying traditional art. The pictured razor is the Dovo Bergischer Löwe 6/8 he has for sale. Absolutely fantastic.

Jarrod himself is part of the experience. He has strong opinions, a sharp wit, and a real talent for writing, which makes browsing his site entertaining. Imagine Ambrose Bierce selling grooming supplies, but less misanthropic. As a vendor, he’s honest to a fault. The very first sale he almost made to me was a coticule; he actually wrote to buy directly from Belgium to save some money. So I did. After that, I kept coming back

I bought my Thiers Issard 6/8's Puma Smart razor with imitation ivory scales along with the "Jarrod Plate" and both have been great. I chose the optional honing service and it was great. Very comfortale edge and lasted for while against my ultra tough beard. The shipping was fast and I've had no issues with this shop. I definitely would recommend this shop and do plan on buying from them again here soon.
