A friend recommended this boutique to me and I've been meaning to go forever. I finally booked a styling session the other weekend with the owner Emma and not only was I blown away by the quality and design of the pieces she handpicks for the store but also her fantastic eye for how to put them all together to look great on me specifically. I saw her do the same for another woman who was there and had a totally different body type than me and she also looked awesome. I highly recommend you check this place out at the very least because the pieces are all really unique gems. But I also recommend you do a styling session with Emma even if you feel like you know your style because it will just take it up the extra notch and you'll look so flawless. Cannot recommend this store enough. A true C

The customer service is truly unmatched. Emma was so thoughtful, generous, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell how much she genuinely values both her customers and her products. I'm so impressed with the care, attention, and kindness of The Sunday Standard! I can't wait to keep shopping here!!

beautiful and well curated shop! they carried go-to favorites like le bon shoppe as well as some lesser known brands like carta ( perfume ) and james street co. owner was lovely, sweet and welcoming and suggested a lovely sandwich shop nearby for a to-go meal and a walk in palmer square. will recommend to anyone visiting chicago to stop by!

this shop is so perfectly curated and emma is incredibly sweet and helpful. she helped me find my new favorite pair of pants! the store mostly stocks natural materials and small sustainable brands. i was in there yesterday and i already can't wait to go back! a must visit!!

Used to love shopping at this neighborhood spot. Went today as they open at 10:00 and I only had a small window of time. When I arrived at 10:10 I was met with a post it note on the door saying they were opening at noon. So disappointed. I needed some last minute gifts. The only other days I can get there are Monday and Tuesday and they are closed those days which is why I made a point of going there when they opened on Sunday before I headed out for the day. I guess I'll find my gifts elsewhere.
