I have not had 6 issues in a week since June. Yesterday I received the 2nd issue I have received in 7 weeks. Attempts to cancel have been unsuccessful. Phone calls 3 emails have got me no where. One email was responded to, and told me to go to a certain web site to cancel. I clicked on that and I have flashing red lights on my screen saying that the web site was Dangerous. I believe there is an intentional effort to keep people from cancelling. Next step, challenge credit card charges. Too bad as 10 years ago it was a pretty good paper but it decided a few years ago to commit suicide.

SUN NEWS Customer for 5 years - received the newpaper for over 40 year with other news paper publications . Well - they did not deliver , delivered a wet paper , delivered no paper , deliver all different times of the day , I cancelled my subscription due to price issues and increase $48.10 for 6 day a week paper . I was contacted numerous times to reconsider . Well SUN NEWS did not FAIL me , they did not deliver the LAST DAY of my subscription. Good luck to those that hang in their , I am going to go with another paper

Bad paper. Fraudulent and pernicious billing. I didn't renew, I told them on the phone, to cancel and they sent me to collections. I paid with a check marked "fraud." They cashed it and sent another bill. Cancelling though Indian call center finally worked, I hope. Terrible service and mediocre news. Coverage was thin and shallow. Don't subscribe!

Very poor content. If they actually have reporters, I would love to see them go out and report the news. Don't just go online or watch the news, to put in the paper. The price of the paper has skyrocketed over the years and the paper is getting smaller. Very little content. More ads than news. Office staff is rude. When you call them reguarding your newspaper you get the Philippines. A definite language barrier. Things get messed up. Not only are you (the customer) treated like dirt so is the carrier that is delivering your paper. They get paid little to deliver your paper 7 days a week. They haven't gotten a raise in years. Most get paid 15 cents a day to deliver your Sun News, 7 cents to deliver your WSJ and the USA Today. And 2 cents to deliver the TV Guide . And if a customer ca

I have ordered for the Sunday paper delivery. I have received it on time once. Another time on a Monday morning. I have been back and forth with several emails and phone calls promising a phone call back for the delivery issues I have had. 6 missed papers. 6 Sundays. Over a month and not a call back from the district manager or the circulation department. I have even told them I will be more than happy to send my resume to take over this position because obviously something is very wrong or they just don't care about their subscribers.
