The space was not as pictured as they were rearranging the main areas, yet didn’t offer extra time or a discount since the space was not as it was advertise. If you are looking to book this space quickly, I would not advise as the owner has an assistant that lives overseas that you would have to speak too. Also, if you go overtime, you must pay $375 as its 1.5x more + base rate. Additionally, I had questions about the space and wanted to speak to the owner who was upstairs, but never came down. Lastly, the areas are very tight so don’t bring a big production team. Honestly, you are better off booking a hotel suite as this space isn’t worth $250 per hour, plus tax and cleaning fees.
