I saw Joanne for the first and last time in December of 2022. I agreed to a dusting/trim of the bad ends as part of the keratin, and was very clear that I am trying to grow my hair out and did not want a cut. Joanne did not listen and cut 9-10” off (mid back to shoulder length!!). Do not recommend. She provided a partial refund and as she put it “she can’t make my hair grow back”. Clarification in response to the reply given almost two years later: I have had Keratin treatments every 6 months for more than a decade, I was new to your salon. Never has anyone cut 9” of my hair or put in layers as part of the process. I am happy to discuss my experience and provide photos. However your nasty response says everything people need to know about your business.

Sublime Edge is a wonderful salon! All the stylists are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all types of hair. Jo Anna is amazing! She is a true artist when it comes to color and highlights. I always feel beautiful when I leave the salon. She has been my stylist when I was young with long hair and through cancer with a shaved head. She and Valerie collaborated on helping my very sick hair grow in shiny and healthy once again. Not only does Jo Anna style my hair, but my 84 year old mother’s hair, and my 29 year old daughter’s hair. We all have very different types of hair with different needs and she styles them all beautifully. I highly recommend Jo Anna and the other stylists at Sublime Edge!!! These ladies are the best!

I’ve been seeing Julie for 6 years now and couldn’t be happier with her! She is a master at color and has transformed me from platinum blonde to a dark chocolate brown in one day without damaging my hair! She can feel the texture of your hair and determine what products you need to bring it to life. I highly recommend her and trust her 100%.

Adina did an amazing job with my hair!!! I have naturally curly thin hair so it is very hard finding someone who knows what they are doing. And she definitely did!!
