I have been coming to Carmen for years!!! She is extremely professional, punctual and has the best customer service I’ve seen since I’ve locked my hair. I drive up from Maryland because of her professionalism. She listens to all of your hair concerns and suggests what’s best for your hair and not what’s best for her pockets. She is very knowledgeable about all types of hair and hairstyles. Definitely the best in York!!! She’s actually the best of anywhere. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you visit her shop!!!
