I had a great experience at this salon. I booked a silk press with Donielle, the owner. She was very knowledgeable, and she was thorough in her assessment of my hair and explaining what my hair needed. The salon only uses high-quality hair care products as well. The ambiance of the salon is very welcoming with modern, chic decor. Overall, the staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. I am very pleased with my silk press and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, especially concerning businesses owned by individuals from the Black community, and I also don’t feel comfortable blasting people on social media. However, the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by the owner/head stylist of this establishment is concerning. Both my friend and I have had negative experiences but continued to book her because she does good work. Nevertheless, I have reached a breaking point. The first time she styled my hair, I purchased a wig from her, with color and installation. Within a few weeks, the frontal ripped. After weeks of trying to communicate with her, I finally got her to fix the frontal, but of course, she charged me. I guess I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. I come here to get my lashes done. Shay is amazing and such a sweetheart. She listens to what style, length and curl type you want and will execute it! I’ve been going to her for a few months now and I’m happy to have found such a bomb lash tech in my area! The shop is a vibe. Really great decor, clean and friendly staff! They offer a variety of services, you won’t be disappointed!

The salon was well equipped it’s literally a one stop shop. I got a wax my hair done and makeup done in one spot, and not to mention it’s really chic and Modern with a high end quality to it. Very clean and the employees including the owner was polite, professional and very welcoming. I will be back for all my girl needs lol ❤️.
