Awful experience, the girl that works there with the glasses is very rude, not helpful at all , I ended up leaving because she refused to ring me up because I had an opinion, I will filing as much complaints as I can. I will be calling the BBB and Tallahassee .

I purchased the v beauty pure chrome polish in pumpkin on October 17 got my nails done on October 18 and by the same day my nails were already chipping. I come to the store to bring in the defective item. Get a return or exchange or something since the item is obviously defective. They would not help. They cannot “do anything.” Customer service here is not helpful.
