I really enjoyed my first massage with Stacia! She was very informative, personable, and listened to my concerns in depth. Stacia also taught me the importances of practicing some of the techniques at home and supplied resources to better manage my pain. The setting was calm, clean, and comfortable. Thank you so much!!

Yoga days are my favorite! Stacia is such an amazing yoga instructor and really cares about what you want out of yoga. I feel so light and rejuvenated after every yoga class and wish I could go daily. I always feel very comfortable, welcomed and know I’m in a safe space.

My wife signed us up for the package "Learn to Massage Your loved Ones." Simply AMAZING experience! Stacia has a beautiful studio with pure intentions of sharing the healing powers of massage. Cannot recommend this enough. Beyond grateful for the knowledge and energy Stacia brings to La Pine.

The Ashiatsu massage with Stacia was truly life altering. It’s hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Stacia was attentive to my specific needs and I could tell she poured tons of love into every element to take care of my aching new mom body. Honestly if I lived in La Pine or anywhere close, I’d be there every week. Stacia and her studio are very special.

She cares about the well-being of all of her yoga students and customizes classes accordingly. Her classes are so affordable too! Yoga has been a game changer for me.
