Store only have 2 styles on duty. I was a walk-in, they couldn't serve me. I understand we need appointments, I only wanted a hair cut. Have extra crew to serve your clients. That's why you losing business.
Everyone knows you need an appointment at a salon and this one stays busy. This is not GreatClips. They do a wonderful job and are priced well. Just made my next appointment.
Nice salon. Katy was a great hair stylist.
