Worst experience made even worse by terrible customer service! We treated my Mom to a Cut/Colour for her birthday. We chose The Strand as it had great reviews. We had arranged that what ever she wanted done we would pay. What we ended up paying for was a bad colour job, an atrocious hair cut and our Mom to leave crying on her birthday too scared to go back. Look at the picture, can you blame her? When notifying Jill at the salon how incredibly disappointed we all were, we were met with disbelief, defensiveness and a short timeline for our mother to return for them to try and correct it. No matter if you’re a salon, a restaurant or other business, you can’t always get it right, we understand this. How you acknowledge, treat your paying customers and try and rectify your mistakes however, is

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Hair highlights meh. Look striped. My eyebrow wax was a disaster. I’m going on vacation with horrible marks and soreness. Have red marks, swelling, and pain. Can’t even cover it up because it’s too tender to put makeup on. Nicole said she hated the wax they had and told me she’d ripped a little skin on my right eye. My left eye looks worse. When I contacted them they said the stylist Nicole would reach out. Never heard from her. Quoted $130 and she tried to charge me $185. Will not go back

Caitlin is the absolute best! She's a hair magician. The salon itself is very nice - it's comfortable, clean, and everyone has always been so sweet. I haven't used anyone else here but I drive 1.5 hours out of my way to see Caitlin. ❤️

I found this salon when I Googled best colorist near me. Brielle was my colorist. She did a fantastic job. The salon was very clean, everyone was friendly and I was very satisfied with the end results. I highly recommend this salon and Brielle🙂
