Took my teen to Miss Maria and we had a blast. The shop is adorable and the energy was great. Her hair cut looked awesome and since then she’s been taking better care of her hair and spending time doing her hair for school, I love it! Afterwards we popped in The Box and did a little shopping. Great haircut and a fun experience, highly recommend!!! (Now I just need to get myself there to do something with this mop lol).

Maria is the best! She's become one of my favorite people in this whole wide world and she does amazing hair! I highly recommend and have told my friends about her too! And her vintage clothing shop, The Box, so friggin cute! All kinds of clothes and trinkets and homemade cool stuff from local vendors all mixed into a cute lil box!

Best hair cut of my life! She’s so fast too. And I barely had any words to give her direction I was like “I feel like I like this, but don’t like this, uh idk surprise me” basically and she just did literal magic upon my hair. Seriously I love her work a lot and will continue to go here as long as she’s around. I went in there like “I have awful hair, it’s hard to deal with” to I actually think I have amazing hair now, it’s just never been cut well. And her store is so cute, puts you in such a good mood to be in there. She’s really nice and fun to talk to!

Just absolutely the best hair cut you’ll ever get. I have kinda thick and annoying hair to cut, and I’ve gone through probably 10 different barbers and never really like any of them, until I found Maria. She is truly a professional and knows what she’s doing. Get your hair cut here and you’ll never wanna go anywhere else, I promise.

Maria is a gift! My daughter has very curly and coily hair that tangles easily - Maria takes her times to untangle each knot, holds space if my daughter cries, and does an incredible job on the cut itself. I cannot recommend her and her space enough. My daughter left feeling SO confident in her hair cut- and said “Maria is a safe person, I love her” 🥹🤍🫶🏻 Now we are more educated on what to use for her hair (and we’re already implementing her advice 😉)
