The Springs

We had such a great experience at the hot spring! The facilities were modern, clean, and very well maintained, which made the whole visit feel relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed having some drinks while soaking, which made it even more fun and elevated the experience. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and a little luxury. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

The Springs is fantastic. The staff is wonderful & extremely helpful & professional. The site is beautiful & kept very clean & organized. The water is clear & at different levels of warmth. The only slight drawback is the changing rooms. It gets very crowded as most people get there when their session starts & stays until the session is over so all are in changing at the same time. Tight fit for your locker & lack of space to sit. Other than that it is the perfect place for a soak, a drink, food & meeting new friends. Love The Springs.

We had a wonderful family day at the hot springs! The pool was relaxing and perfect for unwinding, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks, everything tasted fresh and hit the spot. The only downside was during checkout. I arrived separately from my husband (who had my wallet), so my parents kindly put their card on file for our reservation. When I asked to switch to my own card at the end, the receptionist (Brandy) had trouble locating my booking under my last name (D) because the system had linked it to my parents’ name (Z) after using their card. While I understand the confusion with the reservation system, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Brandy made it seem like we should know how your reservation system works. Really nice little spot to sit and soak for a while. Water is nice. Facilities were good. View is great. Chill atmosphere. Dug the live music. This is not the most opulent hot springs you've ever been to, but unless you're some kind of stuck up, only the exquisite is for me, you'll appreciate it.

The Springs is a great place to soak with family and friends. Their drink service is easy, and drinks are brought to you whole you soak. I wish the soak sessions were 3 hours in length, not 2.5 because we have to change and some people want to shower at the end, which is supposed to be within that 2.5 hrs so it's more like a 2 hr soak. I wish the checkout process was simpler. I don't know why they can't just charger the card you checked in with and email you a receipt. It's a bummer that everyone has to line up in their lobby after this relaxing experience to pay.... Because we already lined up once when we walked in to register, share our credit cards, show our IDs, get keys to the lockers, etc. The facilities are very clean, and the water feels silky smooth.
