I’m very disappointed with my experience with Carly. A while ago, I had an appointment scheduled with her, but she never showed up. She had left for vacation without canceling or notifying me—completely unprofessional. To make up for it, she offered a free haircut, which I appreciated at the time. A year later, I decided to give her another chance. However, she told me I was now considered a “new client” and that she didn’t have time for me. I reached out via her business phone, and although it was after hours, I did not expect an immediate response or demand an appointment right away—I simply reached out when I had the chance, expecting she’d respond when available. Instead, I was accused of being disrespectful for messaging outside business hours. She also seemed to reflect her persona

Way better than sports clips. Carly did an amazing job. Their shop is very clean and intimate. If you want a quality haircut by some quality people then this is "the spot" for you. Carly specializes in hair color and extensions but she will also cut men's hair as well.

I've been going to Alycia for years and always love the service she gives. My hair is always left healthier, and just what I asked for. Highly Recommend going to The Spot to get your hair done!

I go to Carly but have also gone to Alisha when Carly was out. Love both of them and both are very good at what they do…and adding the barber is just a bonus. Love their new space.

Best little salon in Waco! Everyone is so friendly and Carly is amazing at what she does. Been going to her for over a year now and I won't go to anyone else as long as she is here.
