Spectrum service is garbage , with old equipemnt everything worked fine , after they repkaced the equipemts service is garbage , its been the number 4 time now that i have no internet connection without having an outage issue , too expensive for continues service interuption i do not recommend this company , hope everyone can have their own internet to push away the abuser companies like happened with cable companies thanks god

Vladimir arrived yesterday May 5th to troubleshoot missing channels on one of our three receivers. His masterful troubleshooting skills quickly identified detiorating cables at the pole and other exposed areas along the house. He also replaced and provided one continuous cable inside the bedroom with the receiver that had the issue of missing channels. He is very personable and did not mind questions. Thank you Vladimir for your excellent service.

Still have it, suck in a contract. Had issues with a payment so i called, they told me i owed one price so i paid. Then they called and said i was over due and owed a whole new bill, i got mad and hung up. After i cooked down and called back they had added 14 dollars to the original number...just for kicks i hung up and called again and the price went down 2 dollars. Every month i have spectrum try and take extra money from me. Worst service ever.

Horrible service and horrible pricing. They the price of service of $20.00 a month without telling me. For just TV and internet - no movie channels they have me paying over $150.00 a month. CRAZY! Triied calling them and their customer service was just as bad. Worse than Brighthouse. I will be switching service.

There is a help desk at this location and the customer service is fantastic, very nice people. Great internet service.
