PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!! I’ve never been to a nail salon this unprofessional — the whole experience was shocking. It honestly felt like no one had received even basic training. The staff were clearly unskilled, and the technician who worked on me was too busy teaching another employee to even focus on my nails. Even if she had focused, I doubt the result would’ve been any better. Is this a nail salon or a training academy?

I had a great first experience at Spa K. The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s conveniently close by. I recommend booking an appointment since they schedule time by service. Amanda did my manicure and was fantastic! She helped me pick the right option, worked quickly without making me feel rushed, and checked in along the way to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the first time I’ve ever wanted to give a business zero stars. I used to love this place . But today I called to ask if I could change my appointment due to weather. And this is first time I call to reschedule. Instead of calmly explaining their cancellation policy, the staff member immediately became rude and confrontational. She repeatedly criticized my decision, saying their salon is full of ppl , that the weather is only slightly colder,(Attached is the weather alert at the time — this is what was described to me as “slightly colder.”) that other people could go out, and asked why I couldn’t. She even described my behavior as “bad” and kept repeating phrases like “so what,” in a dismissive tone. And before she hang up on me she said “ do whatever you want “ I completely unde

Terrible customer service. My 3 PM appointment didn’t start until 3:25, and the nail tech never apologized. When she finally began, she gave me a judgmental look and questioned whether my nails were builder gel or acrylic, warning that if I was wrong, she’d stop and send me home. Her tone was rude and unprofessional. When I told the owner, they dismissed it as a “language barrier.” I got up and left. As a first-generation Asian American, I know politeness is universal—especially in a service job. Overall, a complete waste of time.

I’ve had manicures with Amber and Phuong and they both are great! I did dip nails and they weren’t too thick. The luxe manis are always a nice splurge.
