The Spa In Ligonier

From booking to execution of service everything was so smooth and everyone was so wonderful and professional. Bill gave a wonderful massage and is clearly a skilled and practiced therapist. He definitely worked out the areas that were giving me trouble. Hannah was an amazing esthetician and my skin felt and looked better than it has in a long time. Such a fantastic afternoon!

I first went to the Spa in Ligonier when I received a gift certificate for Motherrs day from my son. Upon arriving Rachel made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She discussed my wants and needs from the massage experience then proceeded with the visit. Rachel was extremely professional and although I have issues with trusting unfamiliar people she made my massage a relaxing experience. I have returned there many times and would highly recommend this business.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday in August 2020. I was nervous about going during a pandemic but it would turn out I had nothing to worry! The facility is beautiful, and so clean! Staff wearing masks and have cleaning products available and used in front of clients. The massage was phenomenal! Rachel made sure to review medical questionnaire prior to starting and followed up with any questions. Very professional staff, beautiful atmosphere, I just recently returned for a second massage and then experience was the same! Great quality, so relaxing and a phenomenal experience!

I can’t recommend The Spa in Ligonier highly enough! I planned a spa day for my friend’s bachelorette party and the staff made the whole planning process seamless. From the start, they were incredibly communicative and made me feel involved in every step of planning. On the actual day of the bachelorette party, the staff made sure that no detail was missed. They set us up in the relaxation room and provided everything we had forgotten to bring for our snacks. I personally got a 90 minute massage and it was amazing! All of the girls were raving about their services too. I can’t wait to go back and try more treatments! If you are thinking about booking a treatment here, do not hesitate as you will be in the best hands!
