I scheduled an appointment on my birthday for a facial. I paid my deposit and booked. The day of the appointment she cancelled be scheduled she was sick. Ok no problem. I reached out 3 times via text, via voicemail to reschedule my unexpected cancelled appointment but no one has reached out to me or refunded me my deposit. I feel that’s very unprofessional especially since I was a new customer.

Extremely relaxing experience. Daniesha is very knowledgeable and thorough. She made recommendations based off my skin type and reassured me in my daily skin care routine. She's saved in my contacts as MY esthetician. You won't be disappointed!!!

I had 2 consecutive appointments with this business and they cancelled both at the last minute. The first was cancelled because the esthetician was sick. I received a text at 2:08pm for a 3:30 appointment. Customer service is very important and so is my time. More advance should be given as I has already taken off work as made arrangements to be there on time. The next appointment was a month later, and I received a text day of my appointment at 1:45 pm for a 3:45 appointment staying they are having inventory issues, and that the tool they needed wasn’t available. They knew this days before my appointment that it wasn’t available. Why the late notice. Again, I had already rearranged my schedule. Then when I informed them my last 2 appointments were cancelled, they were so rude and full of

Ive been to spa den twice and I loved both experiences. Very professional and my face was so soft when I left...I would definitely be booking my facials here moving forward. She also sell some products for your skin I bought a dermalogica set from her and loved it!!
