The Spa by PURE

When you first walk into the Spa by Pure, you’re greeted with gorgeous aesthetics and warm, professional front staff. I was also greeted by one of the owners, who I really enjoyed talking with. The room, sounds, and scents are perfectly designed for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. My masseuse’s name was Charlsi. She was a master of her craft and professional in every way. Her experience was evident, and I would recommend her to anyone. The entire spa experience they provide is tier one. We’re lucky to have this business and their staff in Lubbock.

Wow! This spa is STUNNING, has the sweetest staff, and most importantly Clarissa gave me the BEST 80 minute Signature Massage. Very skilled and offered a variety of unique techniques which elevated the entire experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Generally a good experience except for a couple things. I do not appreciate that despite me booking online and it stating the massage was $155, when I checked out after service they said it was all of a sudden $165 (a $10 up charge "because it was a Friday" - even though my massage was on a Saturday). Fees and stuff that are not typical of spas and that are not posted on the website, during booking, or on the front desk are nasty to me. Also the 22% forced gratuity is not cool. Again, no warning and no prior information about that. They stated it couldn't be changed either. You might as well just change all the pricing online to whatever service cost is + 22% of that, that way people aren't surprised at the end. Wow! I went to The Spa by Pure for TRIAD GLOW BODY RITUAL (50 MIN) Treatment! I was blown away!! From the inviting and helpful staff, to the BEAUTIFUL aesthetic, and incredible treatment! The exfoliating and hydration was so AMAZING! My skin has never been so soft, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed! Such a wonderful Spa! Will definitely be back!
