The Spa

My experience was ok . The check in was smooth . I made reservations for 11 to have a full spa day and decided to book a room to so I don’t feel rushed . I called in advance to ask if I can push time back they said no . But when I arrive they had a 1:30 I agreed too . I arrived at 1:35 had to use the restroom and change so my massage started at 1:45 . She literally stopped at 2:20 That’s only 30 mins and I did and add on to feel more relax . I’m grateful but feel overall scammed out of massage which I didn’t mind until I said I was coming back just to enjoy the steam room . Nancy rudely states that’s not going to happen we close at 5 and we need to check you out now like she couldn’t just charge my room . However Ms Nancy was very dismissive , ugly , and unpleasant : they should have state

I got the 25 min Traveler’s treat after tweaking my neck while traveling. Tayvia’s massage was much needed! And shout out to the front too: Stormy provided above and beyond customer care!

We stayed at the ATL Marriott Marquis for our girls trip. I booked a couples massage to surprise my best friend on Saturday, 8/20/2022. Ericka and Rolanda made us both feel welcomed and they were very professional. What a great 💆‍♀️ massage! With the group massage, we received champagne and chocolate covered strawberries after the massage, which was a great touch. We did not want to leave the spa. We came to ATL for a relaxing girls trip and this was the highlight of our visit. Thank you Ericka and Rolanda for exemplifies black excellence! Keep up the good work. We will be back.

I booked a day pass through ResortPass. I had a 30 min massage with Ayesha, and it was much needed! Also made use of the steam room and spa. I feel like a day pass should include use of the pool, but $90 for a spa day is a great deal.

My husband and I had a couple’s massage completed by Adarion and Quin. This was my first massage and I normally feel awkward about the thought of a massage and wanted to cancel so bad. I’m so glad that I didn’t because I felt so comfortable that I went to sleep and snored like a baby! Both therapists were AWESOME, explained everything before and afterwards and truly made this an enjoyable experience for us both! The spa itself was very nice, clean, and welcoming! Definitely plan to come back when we are in the area again.
