The Spa at WinStar

My service with Jasmine was amazing! What I didn't like was being herded like cattle up to the second floor where the treatment rooms are. There is only 1 elevator and some stairs. They round everyone up men and women from the lounge area downstairs to take them upstairs to another lounge area where your massage therapist comes and gets you from. The size was so large we all could not fit on the elevator together and luckily the men opted to give us the elevator yet even so we still could not all fit so some ladies took the stairs as well. I didn't like that part and feel they should allow spa guest to go up on there own to the waiting area 10 minutes or so before there treatment time or whenever they like I instead of the herding. It disrupts the relaxing spa feel and is unnecessary.

My experience at Windstar Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism immediately set the tone for a seamless and elevated visit. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and gracious, creating an atmosphere of effortless hospitality. My massage was absolutely wonderful — expertly delivered, deeply restorative, and tailored with care. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and refinement. Windstar offers an experience that feels thoughtfully curated from start to finish. I only wish they were closer to me, as I would visit far more often. I genuinely look forward to returning and indulging in their services again soon.

I’ve visited this spa a few times this year. The first time I went with a friend and had zero issues. We had massages, went to eat and came back to enjoy the hydrotherapy. The 2nd time I went with my daughter to have massages and weren’t allowed to leave for lunch until we paid. I thought that was odd considering I was just there a month prior with my WHITE friend and all was ok. I went back again today with my daughter for spa services and AGAIN not allowed to leave. Discrimination definitely present. Not all clients ditch a bill! The front desk didn’t seem to care when I addressed my concern today nor did they even say goodbye when we left. Do better. As much money as people spend this is unacceptable.

We loved our massage! The amenities seem wonderful, we weren't able to use them this time but will definitely return. The staff was friendly. My only concern was they came to get us late for the massage and we didn't get all our time even though we arrived an hour early. The showers are wonderful with heated floors. Loved it! We didn't take photos to ensure privacy.

My wife and I recently did a spa day pass, and it was far beyond our expectations! We absolutely loved their amenities! The staff from the receptionists to the staff tour guides were extremely courteous This spa is a must visit. We will definitely be returning!!
