The Spa at Turf Valley

I walked into the spa last summer during a stay at the hotel, and I immediately knew I wanted to come back for a treatment! The spa boutique was stocked with some of my favorite products, staff were so friendly, and they even let us take a look at the relaxation room which was soo nice. All that said... booking an appointment online has been incredibly frustrating! Instead of showing availability for a given week or month, the system requires you to select a date, and if that date isn't available, it just tells you to try again... I wish it would show the next available appointment instead of having me guess in the dark, especially since I'm trying to coordinate with someone else. After trying 4 different dates, I've given up for now. Guess I'll try again in a few weeks!

I celebrated my birthday at the Spa at Turf Valley. Stellar customer service, Mackenzie was able to assist me last min before my service. Upon arrival, I was greeted and shown around. You are given key, robe and slippers. This spa is very serene, clean, quiet & calm setting while waiting for your services!! There is a stream room in the locker room you have access to indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and other hotel amenities. The relaxation room has a nice view with some teas, water, and snacks. The food is disgusting I had ordered the salmon burger/fries, the spa has a small menu selection you must order food before 10:30am, I added a deluxe snack. I've been driving past Turf Valley Spa for years. My brother-in-law and his wife gave me a gift certificate for the Spa but I just kept driving past and not scheduling. I finally decided it was time to get some pain relief for my neck and upper back and some stress relief! I'm a chiropractor and always tell patients to look into massage for their health and wellbeing and I'm so glad I took my own advice (it's been YEARS since my last massage). Absolutely love the Spa at Turf Valley Resort! Conveniently close to my home, affordable prices and friendly staff. Rebecca is my absolute favorite for my services. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and been coming here for years.

I’m writing this from the lounge area at the spa, since I wasn’t able to relax during my massage due to this situation. When I checked in they told me that I had also booked for a second person, my husband, and since he didn’t show up, I’m charged full fee for him. The funny part is we literally only paid for one person, as confirmed by our credit card statement and the email receipts. My husband also was never contacted to ask what services he wanted, so I have no idea what they were talking about.
