The esthetician that did my facial was great. However the process she has to follow felt minimal compared to other places i have been for significantly less cost. What really bothered me was the secretary automatically adding a tip she felt I should pay. Initially no total was given she just said “can i put it through on the card on file” my husband said the same was done last time. He realized after the charge went through. The expected tipping has got out of control I believe it should be based on service provided and fairness in price. They have lost us as customers due to this practice. We wont be back. Go for the view and the great restaurant next door! A much better experience!

My experience was made exquisite by Tahnee. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get great care and personalization through pedicures. Her creativity and kindness make her one of a kind, she’s easy to talk to and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire pedicure process. I asked for a red French tip with daisies and strawberries, she delivered this vision with precision and thoughtfulness by working with the natural shape of my nails. The facilities were clean and smelled pleasant, all other staff seemed to be helpful and kind. The prices were a bit high at this spa but they are very transparent on their website about what their prices are and what to expect with each service.

Lindsey is definitely my new favorite massage therapist! ❤️ She really understands how the muscles connect and works them accordingly. She is also amazing with deep pressure. I feel so much better after going to her. Thank you Lindsey!

The receptionist (or director at the front desk) did not create a welcoming atmosphere, which is so important since they’re the very first point of contact when guests walk in. In hospitality, there’s often mention of the “10/5 rule” — acknowledging guests within 10 feet and greeting them warmly within 5 feet. That small gesture goes a long way in making people feel valued. Because the massages themselves are outstanding and the pricing reflects a premium service, my expectations for guest hospitality are higher as well. We came in for a special Christmas massage in lieu of presents while visiting my mother from California. I got the peppermint winter relief therapeutic massage with Bridget. I have been dealing with some chronic hip/back pain that nobody had been able to solve. When I walked out, it was nearly gone! It’s pretty unbelievable. Bridget listened well, really knew what to do and has brought some great relief to me! Very good experience!
