The Spa at The Cliffs

Nice and relaxing. We had a couples message with a steam shower after. It was my first time experiencing a steam shower. Wild ride. My therapist could have hit a few spots a little longer but over all was relaxing.

I decided to treat myself to a staycation night at the cliffs and a spa treatment. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and all the staff. EVERYBODY I met was so kind and helpful in any way I needed. Especially Melissa and Joey. They made me feel so welcomed and had such an ease with communication with any questions I had! This will definitely be where I go for any spa or staycation accommodations in the future!!

I felt a bit iffy at first because of the people in front, but Violette made it all worth it. She was wonderful and sweet and made my birthday spa day such a memorable day. The exfoliating treatment was great and I especially loved the scalp treatment. A must get.

Disappointed with my massage. During my yearly visit at this beautiful hotel and decided to enjoy a massage. Parts of the massage was good, the problem is that she missed the main part of my body that hurts, my lower back! I mentioned it to her. (Lettie?) And she glossed over it, like she was afraid of my scares. And to top it off the reflexology foot massage wasn't authentic. More like a 5 minute pedicure massage. I asked for management to call me about my disappointing visit. And I got no response.

The spa is kind of buried in the hotel but easy to get to. The facility is nice and clean. The staff was polite and provided just what I needed, a relaxing escape.
