Absolutely Sub-par Service! In honoring Mother's Day; I decided to book a massage, manicure and pedicure for my fiancé'. Not only is she the love of my life, she is an amazing mother to our two daughters. For years she has dreamed of attending The Breakers Spa. When she returned home I excitedly asked her about her experience. She was hesitant at first but then the truth spilled out. She said, the masseuse was very nice however the lady at the front desk had a condescending attitude right after my fiancé' informed her she wasn't a guest of the hotel, as well as rushing the entire "would-be" experience. This place is beautiful, but however, it’s extremely overpriced for the facial I received. It was more of a massage than a facial. I wanted a facial not a shoulder and head massage. Very little time on my face and more on massage. I also get facials all the time and this was by far the worst one I’ve have ever received. Especially for 300$ I didn’t even get a face mask was very disappointed. When I brought it up the next day, I was simply told I should’ve said something yesterday and they couldn’t do anything about it. However, my pedicure was amazing. I would only give 1 star but my pedicure was again really nice! Everyone was Friendly and professional. Last the complementary champagne, and Chocolates were very tasty.

25-minute massage was wonderful and went by fast; wish I would've done a longer one because Rita was amazing! Comes with access to indoor lounge, outdoor lounge with water feature, sauna, coffee/water/champagne, snacks/gelato, showers, and locker room. Also got a deep sea scrub pedicure, also amazing. Very clean, attentive, detailed. You keep all utensils used, including the files and the bottle of nail polish you choose. Tip (20%) is automatically added.
