The Spa at The Alfond Inn

Amazing experience with the gorgeous Alfond Spa…Stacie & Maggie were exceptional! Stacie truly took her time with my hot stone massage…would definitely return. Thank you so much. 🤗

Amazing services and facilities. Plus my husband left his watch in his locker and the team was very accommodating to hold on to it until we could return the next day. Food at drinks at the pool was great, especially the pina colada! We can’t wait to return for another spa day.

I guess we should have arrived 30 minutes early. Not at the scheduled time 😣. It was the first time at the spa. I did know where it was in the building. It took a bit to find the spa. The check in guys were very nice. Gave us paper work then immediately were we sent back. My friend at the time was instantly told she could not complete the whole massage due to lack of time. The spa was booked. Though I must admit I hardly saw anyone else there. We both enjoyed the massage. At the end of my session where were several louder dropped items noises in my relaxing room. It was distracting. Felt rushed. Was surprised there was no hot tub. We did not partake of the steam and dry saunas. Enjoyed briefly the hot lounge chair. LOVED the Alfond Spa!!! It’s my new favorite Spa in Orlando and all of Florida! It’s up there with the Ritz, but with a more modern, fresh spin. I went for a massage on my birthday and was made to feel super special (thanks again! 🥳). From the staff, to the facilities, to the services, and the amenities, everything exceeded my expectations, including Saulo who did an outstanding job on my massage. I only wish I had allowed more time to enjoy the facilities, especially the rooftop pool. Cost-wise it’s also at par with Ritz prices, but worth it. The only change I would recommend rethinking is the mandatory 25% gratuity. 20% is the going rate and I feel 25% is a bit much for mandatory (one can always tip additionally). I requested no heat. The massage bed which was heated before the massage began was turned off at my request. I said I don’t want/like heat. The therapist still used scorching hot stones and hot towels. I did not like it. I received an extra foot treatment but it was just a scrub. Not worth an extra $35. However the facility and hotel were lovely. The music/singer in the bar area was excellent. Would stay at the beautiful hotel again but would not use the spa.
