The Spa at Spring Ridge

Facility is good but they do not refund the booking deposit. Got tattoo removal done and they added $50 on top of what the tattoo removal fee is so that they can schedule me for next session. Now they are claiming that they never added $50. Good place but to mess with customers for such a very low amount - disappointing. Please beware 😑

If you’re considering a prenatal massage I’d definitely recommend coming here. I was seen by Melanie & she’s good, everything was perfect! She communicates well & listens to your concerns/feedback. Feet and lower back feel much better after my visit

They change prices without telling you. Management is rude and condescending. The lady thinks because she owns a spa, she can treat people like dirt. Awful experience. Go elsewhere.

I truly love the Spa at Spring Ridge. I especially enjoy the special attention that Tracy provides me with each visit. Her attention to detail not to mention always following up after her treating me. She is wonderful and very caring. Suggesting what’s best for my skin and that has not failed me.
