The Spa at PGA National Resort

Just ok. Spa venue is nice, used the salt room before my massage. Massage just ok…they spend the first 7ish minutes trying to explain/sell you products…don’t love wasting time for that. Some of the locker room attendants are rude, this definitely kind of ruined the mood for me. Front desk person didn’t explain to me that I had to wait for an attendant to take me to the locker area and explain where everything is…again kind of negligent and annoying being unaware and aimlessly walking around…pool area nice, and again the facilities themselves are nice. Not a top notch experience due to mediocre / non helpful staff

FIVE STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had my first facial at the PGA National Spa with Lenis. Talk about AMAZING! She takes her time, super thorough, and ensures your experience is nothing less than phenomenal and relaxing. They have a nice relaxing room, a nice pool area, roomy dressing rooms, and beautiful lighted mirrors to freshen up. It was overall a great experience. I will be back very soon!

What a beautiful afternoon I had! I was invited for lunch and a tour of the spa facilities. My experience started with a the hostess at the members only PGA Resort, a wonderful, beautiful lady named Joyce Pepin. She showed me around this gorgeous resort and she is definitely the "hostess with the mostest" in every way. I took her advice and ordered the ahi poke bowl which was the best I've ever had...the wine selection was fabulous too! I had to take the time to mention how the right person's representation can make an experience extra special and memorable. Joyce is truly a gem!

The spa was absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. I had a massage with Kaysee, and she was exceptional. She created a truly calming and luxurious experience from start to finish. I highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a top-tier, relaxing treatment.

I’m a country girl from PA who visited West Palm Beach with my in laws. Ordinarily, I would not treat myself to such expensive services. It was $250 for a Lomi Lomi massage and another $30 for a seaweed mask applied during the massage. For this vacation, I decided to focus on healing rather than cost, and I indulged. We arrived at the spa prior to our 10 o’clock appointments. We were each paired with our masseuses quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. My massage therapist was a soft-spoken, personable woman named Jessica. She was thorough with explaining products before the massage, responsive to my needs during it, and gracious afterward, showing me back to the main area and suggesting I sit with a glass of water and light snack.
