I recently spent an afternoon at the Spa at Old Edwards, and it was an absolute treat from start to finish. My 50-minute massage was deeply relaxing and left me feeling completely renewed, exactly what I needed. The spa amenities are exceptional. We were there on a Tuesday afternoon, and found the amenities were easily accessible and not overcrowded. I loved taking my time in the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, and the 14-point shower was an experience all on its own, so refreshing and invigorating. Every detail, from the serene atmosphere to the thoughtful staff, made the visit feel indulgent and restorative. The Spa at Old Edwards in Highlands delivers a luxurious experience with impeccable service and pristine, top-notch facilities. Every corner feels spotless and thoughtfully designed, creating a serene escape. Our couples massage was nice, with skilled therapists and a relaxing ambiance, but the quality didn’t justify the premium price. The cafe lunch was a highlight, offering fresh, tasty dishes in a cozy setting. Staff are attentive and professional, elevating the overall visit. However, one shower was out of service, causing a brief wait that slightly disrupted the flow. While the spa’s quality is undeniable, these minor issues keep it from perfection. Still highly recommend for a pampering retreat in Highlands!

Staff is very pleasant and the facility is very upscale. I would say the treatments are “good” nothing over the top special but the environment definitely makes it worth it.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place seriously blew my socks off! The atmosphere and staff were fantastic. The cafe was amazing I got the hummus appetizer and squash soup and oh my gosh it was 10/10. I got a facial from Bailey and she was very knowledgeable and educated me about my skin and the facial was amazing. My boyfriend and I got a couple massage and my massage therapist Blake was AMAZING. I went in with a lot of back pain and he used a technique that really helped relieve my pain. You can tell he’s very passionate in his practice. Seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever had! 10/10 love this spa.

Great masseurs and great amenities. I did a 50-min custom massage. It went so fast, but it was so relaxing. I also spend some time in the sauna, hot tub and shower. The shower was definitely my favorite. It was a blast with water coming at you from all directions. Nice place to spend a day relaxing and reflecting.
