The Spa at Gervasi Vineyard

Our first time there and unfortunately won’t be back. Was pretty to look at. However the Lounge is small and there were like 15 people in there so my husband and I didn’t get to sit down to relax before our massage. Everyone was talking and loud. Not only that when we got there we were told there were robes in the locker. That’s great but my husband has big arms/shoulders his didn’t fit properly so he wasn’t comfortable. There were only 2 robes left in ladies locker room thank goodness one of the two fit, however I don’t think you should have to look through lockers to find a robe. Having them Hang according to size seems more efficient. We were supposed to get a complementary drink and a neck wrap. Neither were offered. What a wonderful experience for my wife. I got her a spa day here and it was wonderful . People were so friendly and ready to take care of you. Kinda pricey, but wow.

I loved my day at the spa! The facial and the massage were wonderful! I did the full package which also included two beverages and a sweet treat. The facial was definitely the highlight as it included light massage and a golden mask to seal in the moisturizers. There are only 2 improvements that would've given this 5 stars. The polish is not gel and even though I was very careful my polish and nail chipped within 2 days despite the tech saying it should last 2 weeks. This happened on both my mani and pedi. The other is that the site indicates the 4 services should take 5 hours not including the 30 minutes before your appointment time. I arrived at 9:30 and didn't leave until 4:40. If I had known I would've booked something different as there was a lot of downtime between services (about 3

The resort is beautiful, the spa specifically has very elevated and relaxing decor and it’s clean. Staff is friendly and respectful. I did my dazzle dry manicure with Samantha who was thorough and I loved my nails. My husband and I then did the relaxation duo full body massage. My husband enjoyed and felt his muscles relax. As for me, I did feel relaxed however my therapist had very light hands despite me telling her several times to increase the pressure to medium and I asked to focus on upper back and neck, she did not do the neck nor the scalp and face. My husband’s therapist did those though. It just felt like someone putting lotion on me , not really a massage. It is overpriced and you don’t get your money’s worth considering there is no sauna and no steam room, they did not even give

Sublime! The massage from Amanda was nothing short of sensational and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Can’t wait to come back.
