My husband and I had the most romantic private spa night here where he ended up proposing at the end. The views of the city when you get off the elevator and in the pool area are breathtaking. There were lots of beautiful roses and candles all over the place. The couples massage by the pool was very professional and relaxing. They guided us through a love/romantic stone (picture attached) ritual while we held hands and had tasty treats/refreshing drinks afterwards. We had fun being silly and taking pictures in the locker rooms. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the amenities (wish we had more time). It was exactly as advertised, we had the whole place to ourselves with a wonderful attendant who came and checked on us and took our proposal picture for us. 10/10 service and experience, can’t
The spa facilities are beautiful: the locker room is spacious, a nice sauna and hammam are located . There is a smallish relaxation area for 5 or 6 beds with water, tea and some snacks. Positives: - my massage was outstanding, sauna was great! Relaxation area was quiet and relaxing. - view is nice. - a complimentary glass of wine was nice. It’s not veuve so they could have refilled it ) To improve: - pricing - for their services is dynamic. Higher when it’s busy. - snacks in the relaxation area are modest, could be improved. - only one shower worked in the women’s locker. - the only shower was not cleaned between use, and another persons towel were all over. - toiletries in the shower - really odd to see courtyard hotel type of toiletries at the four seasons - yikes. - front desk - super t
What a wonderful way to ring in the new year! From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, warm, and professional. The spa itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made the experience feel more luxurious. We enjoyed a facial treatment that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But honestly, some of the best touches were the little details: the water is so tasty and toasting the new year with a glass of champagne made it feel special. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in Philadelphia, this is the place. We left feeling pampered and peaceful!
I was a little apprehensive going here due to other reviews I’ve read, however my experience was more than exceptional and I’m really happy with my time spent at this spa. The person who did the initial intake and booking over the phone was happy and informative. When I arrived I was astounded by the sheer beauty and cleanliness of the entire spa floor. I got a deep tissue/aroma therapy massage that left me feeling oh so relaxed. And after I enjoyed a glass of champagne in the relaxation room, unwound in the sauna, took a shower, and got ready for dinner at their vanities. The whole experience was superb top to bottom and I can’t wait to come back! P.S. - the robe provided was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put on my body, please sell me one :)
I was gifted a birthday celebration experience and it was amazing. This spa is beautiful. Amy was my therapist and she did such a great job. I was very relaxed, she used the perfect amount of pressure and heat for me liking. The sauna was a great touch for after my massage. The steam room was a bit much for me but it was nice. The dressing room was beautiful. The views overlooking the city was the best part for me. I was able to sit and indulge in the view and just relax while sipping on a glass of champagne and enjoying the chocolates. This was such a great experience.
