The Spa at Emerald Grande

Wonderful experience here. We did a couples massage. My masseuse was Amy and she was amazing! I told her about a problem spot I was having and she paid special attention to it. It felt so much better after. 💆🏻‍♀️ Just a heads up - on the receipt they don't make it prominent that they automatically include gratuity (20%). (I think they list it as a service fee or something.) They told me over the phone when I made the appointment, but my husband checked out as I was finishing getting dressed and he included his normal gratuity on top of what was automatically included. Not their fault since they told me (and I told him but he didn't remember), but wanted to make it a point to mention it.

Overall very disappointing spa experience. The only amenities were a dry sauna and a wet sauna which had a weird smell. There were only 3 lounge chairs in the waiting room which were comfortable and had a great view but there was only a small jar of stale snacks. We had to go back to the front desk to order champagne or lunch but have to have enough time to order lunch but was not told that. The robe provided was dirty and shoes were uncomfortable. The massage and facial were okay but definitely not the best and over priced. The facility seemed old and outdated and just did not give off a relaxing feel. I was originally assigned a female masseuse at booking but when called back it was a male. Which can be uncomfortable and I was not asked if that was okay. If I was to spend $300+ again it

We went here for a bachelorette weekend and it was AMAZING! The staff were wonderful, the facilities were very clean and the whole vibe was very relaxing. They also did a great job of keeping us together in between our individual sessions so we still got to feel like we were in the group together. I have sensitive skin and was a little worried about any reactions especially because it was right before the wedding, but the woman working with me was very nice and explained everything she was using and made sure to use natural products that wouldn’t harm my skin and I had no problems at all! I would definitely come back here again even by myself. Absolutely loved it!

Wonderful Spa. It's intimate, pretty, has all the services and equipment I look for in a spa. The Best Manicure (that might not mean a lot to others) I've ever gotten because normally a manicure last me a day without it chipping and this manicure lasted me a month before chipping WOW 😍😍😍 The manager has the Best Southern hospitality you could ask for! Went to The Emerald Grande Spa over this past weekend with a group of women for our 40th birthday celebrations. They accommodated all 5 of us at the same time with a pre-booked reservation. The spa area is lovely and clean. We were kindly and promptly greeted and given a tour of the space available. We enjoyed mimosas, a gorgeous ocean view and eucalyptus steam room in our robes prior to our massages & treatments. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My esthetician, Nicole, was fantastic. I got the seaweed detox and it was the best treatment I have ever received. My friends said their massages were the best ones they have ever received as well.
