The Spa and Fitness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

This place temporarily “takes you away“ from your day-to-day routine life. First of all walking in you are greeted by the most welcoming and accommodating team. They give you a tour and help you get settled quite nicely. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool area has amazing city views and looks brand new! There's a large hot tub and a pool big enough for laps which is heated. There were some kids, probably staying at the hotel, who effected our serene vibe but they were only there for about 20 minutes. We both had the 80 minute massages and they were fantastic. I’m giving it 2 stars for the massage. It felt great. But I’m deducting 3 stars due to the fact that the massage was rushed - definitely not the full time. But the real kicker was that once we got into the locker room to use the amenities, shower, and get ready for our dinner… we were circled by hawks that clearly wanted us to leave so they could close up shop as FAST as possible and get out there (maybe because it’s a Friday night?). I’m not kidding when I say they literally were reaching over me to grab things I was using as soon as I set them down and then watching me the entire time I got ready with sighs and glares. Is this really how a 5 star hotel treats their customers..?

What a nice treat for the long weekend. The 80 minute massage is definitely something to spring for if you feel like treating yourself. The amenities and the pool are very nice with great views of the city. This was perfect for solo spa time, but you bet I am bringing back some bestie's for a full day. Staff was delightful and had a lot of recommendations for skin treatments.

I just had the best manicure and pedicure in Chicago at the Four Seasons Spa and Salon. I am traveling here on business and was looking to spend some down time to relax and get pampered a bit. I had a fantastic pedicure, and a gel manicure. Brigita was just lovely, she is so super friendly, personable, and I enjoyed every minute with her - and she did an absolutely wonderful job on my mani and pedi. I am so relaxed, enjoyed a glass of champagne while there, and highly recommend this spot if you are looking for relaxing experience and great service. Thank you Brigita.
