I had an absolutely amazing massage with Shannon. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how genuinely caring she is. She has a remarkable ability to understand what your body and mind need, especially when it comes to rest and taking care of yourself. Her touch is both intuitive and grounding, and she creates a space where you can truly unwind. I left feeling refreshed, supported, and deeply relaxed. I can’t recommend Shannon enough—she’s exceptional at what she does.

Shannon is incredible! I travel a lot was so lucky to have come across her while I was in Knoxville once - now I make an appt with her a priority if im in this part of the state. My first appt was a massage + sole grounding = amazing! I felt so at ease and comfortable with Shannon in her space that I couldn't wait to return. Fortunately, work sent me east again and I booked an intuitive reading + massage = awesome! I felt such relief in my muscles and calmness in my (overly busy) mind. I've just experienced a serenity massage service + breathwork/meditation = wowww! Shannon was able to coach me through a focused breathing exercise that helped me relax and find a stillness within, followed by an excellent massage that has definitely helped my road wery mind, body, and soul. So far I have had 2 incredibly healing bodywork sessions with Shannon in her serene treatment room. She adds so many special touches, like offering relaxing tea & using a wonderful combination of modalities. She is REALLY good at what she does- you will leave feeling unbelievably grounded & invigorated at the same time. Her breathwork sessions, which I took at a different location, are life-changing. I will be returning for more deeply restorative sessions and will schedule my husband as well!! Thank you, Shannon!

I had a wonderful, relaxing day at The Soul Spa. I had an excellent massage as well as worked on breathing techniques. I was very stressed going in because it was only a few days before my daughter’s wedding, but the whole process re-centered my thoughts and eased my anxiety. I even used the breathing techniques throughout wedding week to help calm my nerves. Looking forward to going back to try other services. Highly recommend.
