The Soak House & Soapery

I cannot say enough amazing things about this spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so, so kind and welcoming. The entire atmosphere was peaceful, calming, and just beautifully put together.I got a facial and the head spa treatment, and it was truly the best thing ever. Every single step felt intentional and luxurious. The facial left my skin glowing and so refreshed, and the head spa was beyond relaxing ,I don’t think I’ve ever felt that level of calm before. I have truly never felt more relaxed in my life. It was such a luxurious experience from start to finish. They really pay attention to every little detail and make you feel completely taken care of. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already planning my next appointment. Highly, highly recommend!

I had high expectations for this experience, and while there were some positives, there were also significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the positive: my facial was absolutely excellent. The provider was skilled, professional, and the service felt worth the investment. That portion of the visit was the highlight. However, the soak experience itself was disappointing and confusing. I booked the Beauty Sleep soak. When I entered my tub, the water was completely clear, no cloudiness, no visible salts, no scent, and no noticeable difference from standard bath water. *video attached. My friends soak were cloudy with scents etc. The next morning, I returned to address this directly. Staff provided me with the Beauty Sleep salts and were adamant that they had added them to my tub.

I had the great privilege of receiving a massage from Alan in the salt room. It was truly a fairytale experience, one I can’t wait to repeat. He has a kind and supportive attention to detail, explanation process, and individualized application. My massage was followed by a brief snooze in the lounge before my facial with Hayden. Hayden is clearly in the most perfect role, highlighting her unique ability for inclusivity and trauma-informed care. I truly could not be more grateful of the experience. Thank you to everyone, from the bottom of my heart, for your caring and calming approach.

The most wonderful spa experience. Heather was amazing! I got the Les Cheveux head spa experience. This is so such a cute place inside one of Guntersville’s historic homes. I would highly recommend this place for any spa service and I will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely LOVE the soak house! I’ve always had the best experiences. The staff is so friendly, professional, and welcoming! It makes every visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy. It is perfect for unwinding. I’ve never had a single issue during any of my visits, and the quality of service has always been great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-notch experience!!
