SKETCHY! LIARS! THEIVES! Horrible experience. My 2 friends and I had booked an appointment and talked to one of the ladies all week about what we wanted done. They made us each put down a $20 down payment for our nails ($60 total). We arrived at 10am for our appointment, no one was there. We texted our nail artist at 9:45am no response, then again multiple times at 10am. She responded after our appointment was already suppose to begin and told us that she couldn’t do our nails until the afternoon. We then told her that we could not wait around for 3 hours, and wanted our deposits back. THEN SHE STOPPED RESPONDING and DENIED on Cashapp our requests for the money back the next day when we were out of town. Place looks permanently shut down!! I went at 8:30pm and the place says open 11am-11pm and doesn’t look like it’s been open for a WHILE.
