If you want a warm, welcoming feeling the moment you walk in and are greeted with a friendly face, this is definitely the place to go. The services are top-notch and the customer service is amazing. I’ve never been to a spa where I felt so genuinely welcomed. Stephanie greeted me when I came in with so much professionalism and kindness — she is seriously so sweet. During my wax appointment, Erikka treated me with care, explained the whole process, and was extremely gentle. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed here and had zero irritation afterwards. It was the best experience. I also tried the head spa for the first time and I will never go anywhere else again. I only wash my hair twice a week, and after the head spa, I didn’t have to wash my hair for an entire week — my hair felt THAT good.

This was the most relaxing thing I have ever done for myself. Jamie was over the top great & my hair has never felt better. I will tell everyone I know about this and will definitely be back!
