The ShoppE

We’ve brought our little guy here for a couple of years now and Erica is awesome! He can’t sit still yet she manages to always have him looking “dapper” - his words - when we leave. Erica is super cool, very nice, and patient. The mall may not be very busy all the time, but The Shoppe is, which tells you something about what the crew here can do. Even if you don’t need a haircut, walk by and read the positive affirmation written out front just to brighten your day. Good vibes all around and they all begin with Erica who sets the tone.

Very unprofessional, no customer service skills at all with potential new customers. Waited a hour nobody never acknowledged me I was the second person waiting to get my sons hair cut the woman took a whole hour just to cut the little boys hair before me. What took the cake is she took someone after that and left me waiting never not one word I just left! With customer service like that I’ll go elsewhere times are too hard and from day to day businesses are closing u should be more mindful of how u treat people.

Upon arriving I was greeted by one of the barbers. I had asked him if they were taking "walk ins" today and what that estimated wait time would be. I was told ~30-40 minutes. So I decided to wait. Eventually 3 out of the 4 barbers present had finished their customers & left completely. Not one of them said a word or so much as looked my direction while I waited. After nearly 2 & 1/2 hours of watching other customers walk in, get their haircut and leave ahead of me my patience grew thin. I understand I did not have an appointment but I feel like at least 1 of the employees should have had the decency to just say today was not a good day to be a walk in. Needless to say...I won't be back nor will I refer anyone else.

Worst haircut ever. Asked Shawn to shape it up, but leave it long. He used electric shears instead of scissors, kept my back to the mirror, and left me almost bald. Halfway through he took a ten minute personal phone call. Then had the gall to charge me $40. NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my 14 year old to The Shoppe. We have tried many places but this has been his favorite. She did a wonderful job on hearing what we wanted. I also liked the atmosphere as well.
