The Shop of Hair Skin Nails

I asked for a blonde root touch up. Brittany completely bleached my whole entire head. When I told her it burned, she said it was normal. She left the bleach on longer than expected, and then after she washed it my hair was falling out. My hair matched my skin color and had an orangey tint to it. NOT at all what I was looking for. My hair is now completely fried, I have burns on my scalp, and I have a wedding coming up. I asked her for a refund, which I never do, and she never responded.

Brittany is absolutely amazing. She matched my natural red after being blonde for years PERFECTLY. Absolutely recommend her and this salon. I will not be going to any body else. Thank you Brittany!!

Carie is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She is kind and caring. She gives great advice. The shop is cute and over looks the Seneca River on a quiet street.
