Extremely disappointed, especially from a place with such high ratings. My fade was a mess, uneven, sloppy, and completely mismatched from one side to the other. The left side was cut way too deep and didn’t line up at all. The back was unfinished, with random long hairs left behind. My five o’clock shadow which I never even asked him to touch was butchered. Patchy, uneven, and so bad I had to go home and shave it off myself. To make matters worse, the barber was more focused on his phone than on the cut. Maybe if he had spent less time scrolling and more time paying attention, I wouldn’t have walked out looking like this. And yes, I still tipped, because I was trying to be decent. Big mistake. Call the number and if the guy who answers says he isn’t there don’t even waste your time. Told the guy it was my birthday and I got my ear nicked twice, he nicked my nostrils while doing my mustache and the “cut” which was just a blowout was just ugly as hell then had the nerve to charge 30 even though I usually paid 20. If the guy who answers the phone isn’t there save yourself the time and and energy just go somewhere else. Just for me to get home and there’s a whole bald spot next to my ear.
