The Sharper Cut

I've been been going to Karen since I was 16. Now I also take my wife and daughter to Karen. You are the best hairstylist. Thank you Karen,and yes very polite and nice. Please don't retire any time soon. Lol

I went for a haircut and spiral perm, sent her pics in advance,. Not a single curl/ spiral on my head, quoted me $60, actually charged me $75, her excuse was that spiral perm d are more, talked extensive lyvrhat I needed a true wash shake and go hairstyle,. I ended up with a terrible, kinky do that requires that I send hours curling every hair on my head in order too look decent,. I started requesting a refund, she has ignored all my messages, I had to go to the shop next door to her to have it recut and another spiral perm, she suggested I was entitled to a refund to I had a friend take me back over, she said I should have had layers cut in it,. Well she's the first one to have cut/ trimmed my hair so maybe she should have cut layers,. Bangshaf to be recut crooked so even though I paid
