The Secret Garden Sanctuary

I have been receiving massages from Cassey for around eight years, and she is by far the best massage therapist in the area and easily in the top three I have ever experienced. I get massages regularly, so I have a lot of experience to compare. Cassey’s work is more than just a massage, it is a full experience. Every session is mentally relaxing while also being incredibly effective at reducing tension and addressing problem areas. She has an excellent ability to apply the perfect amount of pressure, especially when you communicate what you need. If you are looking for a therapist who truly understands the body and creates a calm, restorative environment, I cannot recommend Cassey highly enough.

I have gone back-and-forth looking at different massage. Therapist to have my first massage with them however, I never found someone that I felt comfortable with until I found Cassey. From the moment I walked in the room, you could feel the peace and energy all around you and the weight that you were carrying completely lifted off before she even started practicing. Throughout the entire massage, she kept checking to make sure the pressure was okay and that I was doing okay as well which made me see how much she truly loves helping people. Cassey was a true professional. I like a softer touch and Cassey accommodated me with a wonderful massage. She worked on my trouble spots without the pain I’ve experienced with other masseuses. I was so relaxed by the end of my massage, it took me almost 5 minutes to get off the table 🤣. I will definitely be back.

Cassey, is top notch. I've seen Cassey years ago, regularly. I am so excited to see that she has created her own Sanctuary. She sets the tone right off the bat. The ambiance is calming, down to the smallest detail to create a space to melt into. We have a thorough consultation each time to discuss anything that needs addressed or any changes in my preferences. The gift she has of being able to ease the head space into the moment is amazing. My mind is always going, after a few minutes im brought to the now and the mind gets quiet. Her skill in adjusting her pressure to suit what your muscle needs and your preference is seamless. The slow meld to the end of the massage is gradual and allows for the end of the massage to flow just as calmy as it began.

Cassey is wonderful! She has a true gift for massage and helping you to relax and enjoy a few precious moments of peace and quiet. I have experienced massage many times. They are always wonderful, but a massage with Cassey at Secret Garden Sanctuary is the best!
