The Second Look Salon & Spa

I used to go here years ago and I just went here again for the first time in a long time today and I loved it! Michelle is very kind and welcoming she manages her time in between costumer’s as best as she can. I have thick wavy hair and have had issues in the past with people cutting my hair choppy and uneven to try and fit my hair type but it never looked right to me or when I would straighten it, it would be uneven bad! When I told her about that she was very kind about it and did my hair just as I asked for and even gave it some pretty volume I love my hair and have gotten tones of compliments from family and friends definitely will be going back!!

I just moved here from Indianapolis and was very nervous to find a new hair dresser. Michelle is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and did exactly what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations. I will continue my hair care with her. Thanks Michelle!

I gave two star's because the stylists (not just mine but others) were very friendly and the environment was clean. However, generally I am dissatisfied with my hair cut. I am new to the area and wasn't sure where to go. I found a groupon to use to start trying out different businesses. I asked for a simple trim. Ultimately, I felt like my hair was cut too short AND when I straighten my hair it is incredibly uneven. I have a natural wave in a portion of my hair and I felt like she did not consider this when trimming my hair. I am currently finding ways to hide my cut through updos. I am grateful that it is summer and the undo's are helping me keep cool. it has been over 4 days since I have left a message on her voicemail requesting her help to adjust the uneven ends of my hair howev

This salon is located in an old house in New Albany and they’ve really made the space cute and inviting and intimate. Tammy did a great job with my cut, conditioning treatment, and style and she was extremely friendly and outgoing. I will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Second Look Salon.

Called on the spur of the moment to get an appointment. Stylist Michelle answer the phone gave me appointment the very next day. She did highlights and lowlights on my hair, did a nice cut and style. Would recommend to anyone that needs an up-to-date haircut and color.
