I had a root touch up, highlight refresh and haircut done by Anna today, and am blown away by how incredible my hair looks. She transformed my tired, brassy color into a gorgeous, dimensional shade that perfectly complements my skin tone. It’s honestly the best my hair has looked in ages. I just moved to Georgia and am SO THANKFUL I found her. One of the things I appreciate most about her is how well she listens. She truly hears what you want, delivers if flawlessly, and still offers thoughtful suggestions to make your hair look even better. If you are looking for someone who’s skilled, attentive and genuinely talented, Anna is the one. I’m so happy with my hair and can’t recommend her enough!
I want to start by reviewing the salon itself — from the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely nice and welcoming. Before anything, I made sure to confirm the price, because I’ve been to many salons where a simple haircut + blowout ended up being $250… and honestly, it wasn’t even that great. So this time, I came in with a very 50/50 mindset. Sarah was super kind and easy to talk to. I explained my concerns clearly, and most importantly — she really understood what I meant. She listened. She didn’t rush. She cut my hair and styled it beautifully. Now, let’s be real 😂 Everyone can walk out of a salon looking good after a fresh blowout. The real moment of truth is after you wash your hair yourself at home — does it still look like what you wanted? And yes — I’m very happy with the re
Laci, Let’s be real…my boyfriend was simply trying to help me navigate this process, and both of us approached every interaction with respect and kindness. Calling my boyfriend’s calls “weird” and claiming men “don’t belong” in a salon is not just rude. It’s sexist, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. He was simply supporting me — but somehow having my boyfriend help me schedule a hair consultation is “odd”? Got it. I guess kindness and support are now banned in salons. Noted! Your condescension, belittling tone, and repeated attempts to gaslight me were unnecessary and hostile. And the fact that multiple reviews echo this same behavior makes it crystal clear that this is not a one-time problem. Also, there were a lot of lies and misinformation in your paragraph above. Lying on top
I had such a wonderful experience at The Salty Mane! The salon has the lightest, most welcoming energy, and the playlist was absolutely perfect — such a great vibe from the moment I walked in. Macey did my cut and color, and she was truly fantastic. So personable, warm, and attentive — and she absolutely nailed my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend both Macey and The Salty Mane- Josie B
I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience warrants it. From the initial phone call to the in-person visit, the customer service was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. The atmosphere felt pretentious and uncomfortable — we genuinely debated leaving shortly after arriving. No client should ever feel like their presence is an inconvenience. My girlfriend approached the owner (Laci Meeks) and staff with kindness, appreciation for their work, and sincere interest in becoming a client. Instead of being welcomed, she was met with behavior that made it clear her business was not valued. That lack of professionalism is disappointing and unacceptable in any service-based business. Ironically, when I previously called and spoke with Peyton about scheduling — explaining I would be
