Customer Reviews
This is a must try for everyone. I LOVE the salt cave - so peaceful! The float room is amazing - open tank was great for a first timer like me but they have a pod also! Bath & body products are superb - I've tried several of the Green Garden Soap & Bath Creations items - very impressed. Cute items in gift shop. Alkaline water is available and super easy/convenient to get (bring your own container or you can buy really good jugs from them). They offer detox foot bath, an infrared sauna and an impressive list of aesthetics/massage options. Tons of Himalayan pink salt items available for sale. Everyone on my Christmas list is getting gift cards or gifts from here!
My husband and I visited here for our 2nd anniversary. We had a couple of days of outdoor adventures and wanted to relax and detox at the same time. We enjoyed the Couple Detox Bundle. It includes a foot detox, salt cave experience, and sauna. The customer service was good. It was very relaxing and soothing. It was interesting to see the water change as the toxins are removed during the foot detox. We will return to have a massage next time.
The salt cave experience was great and worth it. Had foot detox and loved it with a scrub after. The chairs for foot bath were disappointing and half were ripped. Had wished they had pedicure chairs. It was fun and great staff. Definitely buy the products made in house.
I was excited to try this place out after the float tanks in Murfreesboro closed down. They had reasonable prices, a variety of services and the staff was nice. I chose the sensory deprivation tank but I was pretty disappointed with my experience. It was not completely dark because the lid of the tank didn’t close all the way and I could see the light from the exit sign. I couldn’t turn off the music that played automatically inside the tank and none of the shower features worked outside of temperature the water. Could I deal with these things? Sure. But I would not go back because in the filter of the tank was a clump of hair. 🤢 I told the girl at the front desk who seemed neither surprised nor sorry that I had that experience.
A pretty decent environment with a very lovely lady running the front. The salt barn was relaxing but I will say it's not much. They offer so many things that I would reccomend with it. It was very clean from what I saw. The lovely lady explained other things they offered as well and was very knowledgeable. Great place to go to if you just really wanna relax.
