Everytime you try to book with this lady she leaves you on read and never gets back to you you have to text or call her MULTIPLE times she doesn’t even answer the shop phone so don’t bother! She has scheduled me on days she has other clients and I come in she reschedules me because she “forgot to put me down” doesn’t knock any money off or anything I’ve missed work on multiple occasions for this. She also has WAY to many clients In her shop at once you will be waiting HOURS at this location because she’s in between doing way to many people at once she over books people. I’ve actually witnessed people leave with wet hair in the middle of sessions because it’s just taken to long. This woman really really needs to get it together. After trying a few salons after moving to the Cincinnati area, I can easily say this was the best cut and color I have had here! Beautiful work, incredibly friendly and very reasonably priced. Looking forward to my next visit. 10/10!

Absolutely love it here niki is great extremely friendly makes sure she understands exactly what you want done. Her prices are great they are very professional, clean, I feel like I’m at home here. I would definitely recommend !!
